WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders are subject to a processing time before dispatch, normally 1 - 3 business days.
You will then receive a shipping notification with full tracking information. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. If there is a high volume of orders, there may be a waiting time of 2-3 weeks during a production phase and shipping. Delivery times may vary by country and product location.
Orders may be canceled if not processed and shipped. Once processed, they cannot be cancelled.
Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. Slimyforce cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
In such cases, the buyer is responsible for all additional shipping costs incurred to ship to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments must pay import/customs taxes.
These are the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Slimyforce is not responsible for any customs duty.

WHERE DO MY ARTICLES COME FROM?
Our shoes are personalized by hand in Dresden, Germany.
ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?
Articles are logically usually sent with a double box. Please note this when accepting deliveries. If you have any further questions, please contact us.
